Visionary Optometric Practitioner

At Walmart, we offer a unique opportunity for independent optometrists to launch their services in Sam's Clubs. This pioneering role enables professionals to take a leading position in patient care, focusing on eye and vision health as well as general well-being.

The annual salary range for this position is $120,000 - $200,000, depending on experience and location.

This esteemed position involves providing high-quality eye care services to patients within the confines of Sam's Club locations. As an independent lease holder, you will enjoy autonomy in establishing your practice schedule, hours of operation, and fee structure. You will also have access to equipment and instrumentation, as well as administrative support services (if state regulations permit).

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited institution
• Valid state optometry license
• Ophthalmologist (MD or DO) from an accredited school (for ophthalmology-specific positions)
• Valid state ophthalmology license (for ophthalmology-specific positions)
• General Liability Certificate
• Professional Liability Insurance Certificate
• W-9 form
