About the Role:

At ISPA Technology, we're seeking a seasoned Cybersecurity Lead to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you'll play a pivotal role in managing cybersecurity procedures, control evaluations, and network assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and oversee cybersecurity procedures and control evaluations across various projects.
  • Conduct network security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigative actions.
  • Lead the generation of RMF documentation packages, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate effectively with Navy CA and NAO to align cybersecurity efforts with DoD standards.
  • Ensure full compliance with DISA STIGs, applying rigorous security measures to protect systems and data.
  • Monitor cybersecurity trends and updates, continuously improving security protocols and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in cybersecurity within DoD environments, demonstrating a strong understanding of RMF.
  • Proficient in using ACAS for security assessments and compliance checks.
  • Familiarity with the coordination processes involving Navy CA and NAO.
  • Solid experience in generating RMF documentation packages and ensuring adherence to DISA STIGs.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex security concepts clearly.
  • U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
