Scope of Work

Operates nuclear detection and imaging equipment, prepares radiopharmaceuticals, and provides patient care to produce images for interpretation by licensed practitioners. Works independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications
  • Required Associate's Degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology.
  • Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology.
  • Skills and knowledge typically gained through less than 2 years of related nuclear medicine experience.
  • CRT-Nuc Med Technologist (N) - ARRT or CRT-Nuclear Medicine Technologist - NMTCB certification upon hire.
  • AHA or ARC - Basic Life Support CRT (BLS) certification.
