Key Responsibilities:

  • Manually unload trucks and conveyor belts
  • Lift, shrink wrap, and palletize products in a fast-paced setting
  • Ability to lift and carry boxes weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Stand for extended periods, perform overhead reaching, twisting, turning, and squatting as needed
  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace throughout the shift
  • Exhibit strong communication skills and collaborate effectively with team members
  • Work in varying temperatures, including cold in winter and heat in summer (NON-CLIMATE CONTROLLED ENVIRONMENT)
  • Lift items weighing up to 40 lbs. without mechanical assistance
  • Clearly recognize and understand standard operating procedures, signage, and instructions
  • Respond to auditory and visual alerts regarding safety and operational instructions
  • Coordinate hand and foot controls efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Successful Background Check
  • Able to lift 40 pounds
  • Pass a Drug Test
  • Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
