Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Originate and manage commercial loans, real estate loans, and consumer loans
  • Determine creditworthiness and make recommendations for loan approval
  • Review and analyze financial statements, tax returns, and business plans
  • Present loans to the bank loan committee and refer business to other divisions within the bank
  • Participate in sales, marketing, and strategic planning to expand lending opportunities in the Kingsport Market Area
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance
  • 10+ years of related banking experience
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Working knowledge of Word and Excel
