Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process incoming shipments, ensuring accurate inventory levels and timely delivery to customers.
  • Verify product quantities and NDCs against purchase orders, identifying and reporting any discrepancies or errors.
  • Unload and break down pallets of product, sorting totes and verifying inventory levels.
  • Maintain accurate records of received product, including filing and storing documentation.
  • Use a handheld scanner application to scan, receive, and reconcile incoming product, manually keying in received quantities as needed.
  • Assist with annual physical inventory, ensuring accurate counts and reconciliation of inventory levels.
  • Apply mathematical reasoning to count, multiply, and calculate pack sizes, ensuring accurate inventory levels.
  • Log and report total put-away lines per hour daily, monitoring daily performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Report errors from distributors, such as mis-picks, shortages, overages, and damage, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing disruptions to operations.
  • Perform weekly or monthly sweeps for short-dated and expired product, rotating product on shelves following the first-in, first-out method (FIFO).
  • Comply with all relevant policies, including DSCSA, and adhere to company safety procedures and protocols.
  • Assist with reverse logistics credit returns program, maintaining records, preparing and scheduling shipments.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Set up new product in bin locations, ensuring accurate and efficient inventory management.
  • Help finance research and rectify out-of-sync variances related to purchase order adjustments.
  • Assist with product recalls and quarantines, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing disruptions to operations.
  • Pack, sort, and ship prescriptions when production requires, ensuring accurate and timely delivery to customers.
  • Replenish product into cells for the company's automated machines, ensuring accurate and efficient inventory management.
  • Adhere to and promote the company's Shared I-CARE principles, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Follow federal and state laws regarding HIPAA and PHI, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Assist in any additional clerk/pharmacy technician duties, as needed.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Warehouse experience a plus.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • RF scanner experience preferred.
Working Conditions

General office and warehouse environment.

Physical Requirements
  • Able to select, lift, and carry objects (up to 20 – 25 lbs) on a regular basis.
  • Operate pallet jack, hand truck, or dolly.
  • Safe operation of a box cutter to cut cases of product.
  • Extensive walking and standing (8+ hours/day).
  • Requires bending, twisting, reaching, and grasping.
  • Use of step ladder to reach product.
