Inventory Control Specialist

Talento Search Group is seeking an experienced Inventory Control Manager to join their team in the Elba, Alabama area. This is a direct hire position on the 1st shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage monthly physical inventory counts
• Supervise the warehouse group and inventory count team
• Perform daily inventory cycle counts and update the computer system
• Work with the warehouse supervisor to maintain accurate inventory levels
• Inspect products in warehouse locations to ensure correct labeling
• Implement and maintain an inventory tracking system
• Perform regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy
• Process and create jobs in the inventory management system

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or related field
• At least 5 years of inventory management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
• Experience with inventory management software and barcode scanning
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
