- Provide technical guidance and support to less experienced engineers and technicians.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in control systems and automation technologies.
- 15+ years of experience in controls and automation engineering, with a strong background in process control, automation, and instrumentation.
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex control system issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
