This is a per diem/on call position that requires a collaborative and skilled LPN to provide resident care in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Assist with care and interventions to promote resident well-being
- Supervise and coordinate the work of team members to ensure high-quality care
- Monitor and implement care plans to meet resident needs
- Coordinate referrals to other healthcare team members, families, and physicians as needed

Requirements- Graduate of an accredited School as a Licensed Practical Nurse or equivalent education/experience
- Alaska Licensed Practical Nurse upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
- Municipality of Anchorage food handler permit or the ability to attain certification within 21 days of hire
- 6 months nursing experience in a healthcare facility preferred (acute care, long-term care, rehabilitation center)
- Supervision/leadership experience
