We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at IntelyCare. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a post-acute facility setting.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and track the wellbeing of patients, including physical and mental health, and vital signs.
- Conduct intakes, document health concerns and medical history of residents.
- Administer and verify medications, monitoring their effects and reviewing residents' charts and medical records.
- Assist with maintaining a safe and comfortable facility environment.
- Participate in IV set up, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures.
- Help with the orientation and training of medical staff.
- High school graduation, GED, or equivalent.
- Degree from an approved LPN training program.
- Competitive hourly pay rate of up to $55.
