Job Opportunity Overview

Soliant Health is seeking two dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our team in a school district near Webb City, MO.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students in grades K-12.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in groups.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress and development.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and therapy sessions.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of IEP goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Travel between 1-3 buildings to provide services to approximately 50 students.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid Missouri state license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Previous experience working in a school setting is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and growth.
