About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Activity Aide to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Activity Aide, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging activities that promote the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement creative activity programs tailored to the interests and needs of our residents.
  • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills when interacting with residents, family members, staff, and volunteers.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and activity participation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience working with older adults is preferred.
  • A valid Pennsylvania driver's license is desired.
  • Patient, pleasant, and cheerful demeanor when interacting with residents and staff.
