Salary: $2,580 - $2,785 per week, plus tax-free stipends for meals, housing, and incidentals

About the Role:

  • Direct the nursing program, implementing new policies and procedures as needed
  • Oversee hiring, firing, and development of nursing staff
  • Communicate with families, residents, and physicians to ensure high-quality care
  • Develop business plans and budgets for the nursing unit
  • Participate in creating resident care plans and ensuring they are followed
  • Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

Requirements:

  • Current Missouri RN License
  • American Heart Association BLS Certification
  • 1-2 years of recent relevant experience in Skilled Nursing
