Key Responsibilities

  • Scout and select artists for the Candlelight Series, emphasizing Jazz musicians.
  • Assist in the curation and management of diverse music programs.
  • Draft talking points for musicians to present during concerts worldwide.
  • Maintain comprehensive databases of artists and programs using tools like Airtable and Google Sheets.
  • Collaborate with a team to pitch and finalize concerts featuring classical and jazz artists.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure our music programs effectively drive ticket sales and uphold music quality.
  • Negotiate pricing for music arrangements.
  • Oversee auditions to identify exceptional performers.

Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in a college or master's program, available for part-time work.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in music curation.
