Job Summary

We are seeking a Caregiver/Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Caregiver/Direct Support Professional, you will provide support and assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, mental illness, and behavioral challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Assist individuals with developmental goals, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
  • Encourage individuals to participate in community activities and engage in their favorite hobbies.
  • Provide emotional support and stability to individuals with complex needs.
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized support plans.
