Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Home Health for a 12-week contract assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals to make a meaningful impact while enjoying a flexible work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement physician orders and provide timely and accurate reports on patient response.
  • Recognize changing patient conditions and emergency situations, intervening appropriately within the scope of practice and adhering to employer policies and procedures.
  • Administer medications according to established principles, physician's orders, state nurse practice act, and employer policies and procedures.
  • Review and execute physician orders in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program and active LPN license in South Carolina.
  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
  • CPR certification.
  • Immunization records.
  • Current physical within the last year or statement of good health.
  • Demonstrated clinical proficiency, critical thinking skills, good communication skills, and compassion.
  • Completion of Competency Exam and required online assessments.
  • Successful completion of drug and background screening.
  • Valid driver's license and car insurance.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position ranges from $30.00 to $33.00 per hour, depending on experience.
