Senior Neonatal Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse-Neonatal for a travel assignment in Richland, Washington.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per yearResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate for this position will be a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse-Neonatal with experience working in high-pressure environments. You will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring seamless transitions between shifts.
- Deliver high-quality patient care, adhering to strict standards of safety and quality
- Collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care, prioritizing patient needs and preferences
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and communication with healthcare teams
To succeed as a Registered Nurse-Neonatal with TotalMed, you must meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Current RN licensure in Washington State
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a neonatal intensive care unit (NICU)
- Strong knowledge of pediatric pharmacology and therapeutics
- Excellent critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills
