Clinical Laboratory Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Laboratory Supervisor to join our team at a reputable hospital in the Northeast of Delaware. As a Clinical Laboratory Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our laboratory services, working closely with a team of professionals to conduct diagnostic tests and provide accurate results.
Key Responsibilities:- Set goals and objectives for the laboratory team
- Advise on policy and procedure development
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members
- Define and maintain performance quality standards
- Plan, verify, and evaluate staff competence
- Minimum 4 years of experience in medical laboratory science
- 1 year of supervisory/leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science
- Certification as an MLS, MT, CLS, or equivalent
