We are seeking a skilled Private Duty Nurse LVN to join our team at Aveanna Healthcare. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes.

About the Role:

  • Implement physicians' prescribed plans of care
  • Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care
  • Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
  • Document care provided in a timely and compliant manner
  • Provide health promotion, teaching, and training to family members

Requirements:

  • Active, unencumbered license (RN/LPN/LVN) in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification from American Red Cross, American Heart Association, or BLS
  • TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
  • Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred
