Position Highlights:
- Advise the Nursing Home Administrator, Director of Nursing, and Food Service Director on clinical nutrition care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to formulate nutrition care plans for residents and patients.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of nutritional interventions.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of nutrition assessments and recommended interventions.
- Address nutrition-related concerns with the interdisciplinary team.
- Provide dietary education and guidance for residents, families, and caregivers.
- Oversee the nutrition care delivery process to maintain clinical excellence.
Qualifications:
Registered and/or licensed Dietitian as required by state regulations. Previous experience in a healthcare environment or as a consulting dietitian is preferred. Experience with the geriatric population is also preferred.
Other Information:
- Position Type: Full Time
- Pay Target: $70,000 - $75,000 per year
