Job Summary:We are looking for a highly qualified Advanced Practice Provider to conduct comprehensive health assessments, diagnose and treat patients with various forms of breast disease, including breast cancer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in surgical care and be able to work collaboratively with our team of physicians and nurses.
Responsibilities:- Conduct diagnostic and assessment services, including securing a health history from patients and evaluating their findings.
- Analyze data collected to determine health status and identify differential diagnoses.
- Partner with physicians to develop a plan of care and manage therapeutic regimes.
- Document patient care outcomes and communicate with physicians.
- Massachusetts Medical license
- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
