Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to contribute to our mission of excellence in care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform specific resident care tasks under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
- Respond to call lights and bells promptly and courteously.
- Assist with the admission, transfer, and discharge processes for residents.
- Support the implementation of resident activities.
- Maintain accurate resident care records during each shift.
- Ensure a pleasant and safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
- Act appropriately in emergency situations, following established procedures.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures related to infection control and safety regulations.
- Foster an atmosphere of warmth and personal interest, promoting a calm environment throughout the facility.
Qualifications:
- Successful completion of a certified nurse aide program.
- CNA certification must be valid and in good standing.
- Preferred: 1 year of experience as a certified nurse aide.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and cooperate with a diverse group of residents, visitors, and staff.
- Good writing and oral communication abilities.
- Capacity to organize and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
- Able to engage with a mature resident population, creating a warm and supportive environment.
