Key Responsibilities- Program Development: Design and implement play-based educational activities that promote critical developmental milestones in our toddlers.
- Classroom Leadership: Lead a team of educators in creating a safe, creative, and stimulating environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Communication: Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate daily progress and developmental milestones, ensuring a strong partnership between home and school.
- Mentorship: Mentor and support assistant teachers and staff within the classroom, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; Early Childhood Education degree or higher preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in early childhood education, with a focus on toddler development.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, frequent bending, kneeling, and engaging at eye level with toddlers.
