Talbots is a leading omni-channel specialty retailer of women's clothing, shoes, and accessories. Our Beaumont, Texas store is looking for a highly motivated Seasonal Retail Sales Associate to join our team.

This part-time role involves working in a fast-paced retail environment, where you will be expected to multitask and handle multiple customers simultaneously. You will also be responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and upholding the company's standards of quality and service.

• Provide exceptional customer service and promote the brand's products
• Meet or exceed sales targets and achieve productivity goals
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on fashion trends
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store objectives
