We are seeking a highly motivated Sous Chef to lead our kitchen team, drive menu innovation, and ensure seamless kitchen operations.

Main Tasks:
  • Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to improve kitchen efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff to achieve culinary excellence.
Necessary Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and presentation.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Remuneration:

$80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
