Are you ready to join a forward-thinking organization that specializes in advanced distillation technologies? Our esteemed client, a leader in the provision of equipment and services for refrigeration, is seeking a Senior Chemical Process Manager to enhance their team.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Enhance distillation operations to improve efficiency, throughput, and product excellence.

2. Design and execute process enhancements aimed at minimizing energy consumption, waste generation, and environmental footprint.

3. Collaborate with production, maintenance, and recovery teams to refine processes and address challenges.

4. Offer technical guidance to guarantee the safe and effective functioning of distillation apparatus.

5. Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve operational challenges and uphold material balances.

6. Create and sustain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and training documentation for distillation operations.

7. Engage in process hazard assessments (PHA) and management of change (MOC) to ensure safety compliance.

8. Review and develop process flow diagrams (PFD) and piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID).

9. Stay informed about industry advancements, technologies, and best practices in distillation.

10. Contribute to new product initiatives with expertise in distillation methodologies.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering with 8-10 years of relevant experience. A Master's degree with 5 years of experience is preferred.

• At least 3 years of experience in process or production engineering with a focus on distillation.

• Familiarity with process simulation software, lean methodologies, and Six Sigma principles is advantageous.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities for intricate process challenges.

• Dedication to safety, environmental responsibility, and adherence to regulatory standards.
