Position Summary

Role Overview: The Gameday Server is responsible for taking and delivering food and beverage orders to guests efficiently and courteously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Warmly greet guests and take their food and beverage orders following established service protocols.
  • Deliver food and drinks promptly while adhering to safety and sanitation standards, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their experience.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of menu items and ingredients, providing recommendations and accommodating dietary preferences as needed.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment and address any special requests.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills and maintain a positive demeanor while interacting with guests and team members.
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain proper cash management procedures.
  • Ensure a clean and organized environment for guests at all times.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding any personal or medical information shared by guests.
  • Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and relay pertinent information to supervisors.
  • Prepare guest areas before and after service, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with sanitation standards.
  • Utilize various equipment safely, including fire extinguishers and beverage machines.
  • Assist with cross-departmental duties during special events as required.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Willingness to obtain ServSafe Alcohol Certification.
