Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team at Orthopedic One. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical rehabilitation and be able to provide high-quality care to patients of all ages.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Evaluation and Treatment
    • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to identify areas of improvement and develop personalized treatment plans.
    • Implement evidence-based interventions to improve patient outcomes, including exercises, manual therapy, and education.
  • Collaboration with Healthcare Team
    • Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
    • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to educate them on treatment plans and progress.
  • Patient Management
    • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including progress notes and discharge summaries.
    • Manage patient schedules and caseloads to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
  • Professional Development
    • Stay current with best practices in physical therapy through ongoing education and professional development opportunities.
    • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and services.
Requirements
  • Graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of employment.
  • CPR certification, including BLS/AED training.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off.
