As a full-time Victra Sales Consultant, you will have the chance to control your career in one of our kiosk locations. Using your unique talents, passion for technology, and customer service skills, you will create the ultimate kiosk experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals: Maintain operational compliance while delivering top-notch customer service.
  • Exude charisma: Captivate and engage customers.

  • Turn 'No' into solutions: Solve for current and future needs of the guest.
  • Be a passionate guest advocate: Connect with guests authentically and have fun doing it.

  • Provide product and solution recommendations: Deliver exceptional guest service to meet their needs.

Compensation and Benefits:

We are proud that our sales consultants make a national average of $24.50 per hour with the opportunity to earn more through uncapped commissions. The estimated all-in pay is $58,000 per year based on a 35-hour work week. Pay will include a base rate of $15.13/hour with uncapped earning potential through commission. We offer paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate during your first 60 days of employment.

What We Are Looking For:

You excel in a sales environment and are passionate about providing exceptional customer service. You set high standards for achieving goals and inspire others to meet these expectations. You're adaptable, relate well to diverse individuals, and ensure your performance is top-notch.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience: One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
  • Availability: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak vacation periods.
  • Age: At least 18 years old.
  • Legal: Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Physical: Ability to lift ten pounds and stand for long periods.

Training Requirements:

All Sales Consultants must complete a 2-week training program, which may include overnight travel at the company's expense. Ongoing online and computer-based training will also be required.
