Histotechnologist in Pennsylvania

As a Histotechnologist, you will be responsible for preparing microscopic slides for diagnostic purposes, performing diagnostic tests, and maintaining laboratory equipment and records. The Histotechnologist will work under general supervision to prepare microscopic slides for diagnostic purposes, perform diagnostic tests, and maintain laboratory equipment and records. The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of histologic techniques, including Immunohistochemistry and Special Stain techniques, as well as histology automation. Additionally, the candidate should have an excellent knowledge of the AP LIS system.

To be considered for this position, you should have:

• ASCP certification preferred
• Prior histology experience
