About the JobWe're seeking a highly skilled Resort Massage Professional to join our team at the Solitude Mountain Spa. As a key member of our wellness team, you'll be responsible for delivering top-notch massage therapy services to our guests, helping them relax, rejuvenate, and recover from their adventures on the mountain.
Salary$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will have:
- A strong foundation in Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, and sports massage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- A keen eye for detail, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience for each guest.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques, products, and technologies.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A valid massage therapy license in the State of Utah.
- At least 2 years of experience as a licensed massage therapist.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- A commitment to ongoing education and professional development, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
