We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at American Senior Communities. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our patients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to address their unique needs and goals.
- Implement occupational therapy services, including evaluations, treatments, and discharge planning, with minimal supervision.
- Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Contribute to case management and provide quality patient care that meets the highest standards.
- Maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and center staff.
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
