Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on a per diem basis. As a LPN, you will provide high-quality patient care in a clinic setting, working collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct and indirect patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information.
  • Assist physicians with patient care, procedures, and follow-up, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Deliver and execute clinical care and services to patients from diverse ethnic and social groups, promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect.
Requirements
  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse in Washington State or Multistate license endorsement (MLS).
  • Previous experience as an LPN in an acute care setting within the last three (3) years preferred.
  • Experience in assigned specialty, or successful completion of a specialty-focused residency post-hire.
  • Successful completion of appropriate competencies for assigned specialty.
