Bermuda Village Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Bermuda Village Retirement Community. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our residential homes and public areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain assigned areas in a clean, sanitary, safe, orderly, and attractive manner
  • Follow established procedures and directions from supervisors
  • Ensure the highest degree of cleanliness and sanitation at all times
  • Perform duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Report any unsafe or hazardous conditions to supervisors
  • Keep janitor closets and housekeeping supply rooms clean and orderly
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • One year of related experience in a similar environment with on-the-job training preferred
  • Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions
  • Ability to remain calm under stressful situations
  • Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly
  • Ability to meet all health requirements and pass a criminal background check
