Job Description
A Project Manager - Luxury Custom Home Projects up to $8M in Maine will oversee the entire construction process, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. This role involves managing relationships with clients, vendors, and trade partners to ensure seamless communication and problem-solving.
The successful candidate will monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to guarantee quality control and project success. Ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and client specifications is also a key responsibility.
This position requires leading onsite project teams and coordinating with office staff for smooth project delivery. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager running projects independently from start to finish.
Requirements
- Background in Residential/Custom homes
- Bachelor's degree in construction, architecture, engineering or related
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills
Compensation and Benefits
The successful applicant can expect a competitive base salary up to $130,000 dependent on experience, annual bonus potential, 401k + match, health & dental insurance, and 4+ weeks PTO.
In addition, this role offers flexible work arrangements with no fixed office hours and a healthy work-life balance.
