Job Description:
As an Area General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of our Cambria Collection, including:
  1. Guest Relations: Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable stay.
  2. Front Desk Management: Oversee the daily operations of our front desk team, ensuring seamless check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
  3. General Management: Provide strategic leadership to our management team, driving business growth and profitability.
  4. Operational Oversight: Monitor and improve operational efficiency, ensuring that all aspects of hotel operations run smoothly.
  5. Restaurant Management: Supervise the daily operations of our on-site restaurant, ensuring high-quality food and beverage service.
  6. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel management or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in leadership roles, with a focus on driving business growth and profitability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, guests, and vendors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
