Overview

Schneider offers a unique opportunity for owner-operators to lease-on with our company. With a variety of lease options available, you can choose the one that best suits your needs. Our all-in revenue lease allows you to select loads with a single rate, eliminating the need to calculate fuel and accessorials. Alternatively, you can opt for our percent of revenue lease, which provides 65% of linehaul revenue and 100% of fuel surcharge and accessorial at load completion.

As an owner-operator with Schneider, you will have the freedom to self-dispatch, picking your loads, home time, lanes, and revenue. You will also have access to 90% drop-and-hook freight at no charge while operating under our authority. Additionally, you will receive $456 on your second settlement payment after starting with Schneider, and $252 each week for the next 22 weeks, totaling $6,000 in lease-on incentives.

Qualifications

To be eligible for this opportunity, you must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License. Your tractor must meet certain requirements, including being 2011 or newer, passing a DOT inspection, meeting EPA10 emissions requirements, and having a functioning Collision Mitigation System. Additional qualifications apply.
