Monroe Health Center is in search of a dedicated and skilled Physician to serve at our Craig County Health Center in New Castle, VA. We are looking for a Family Practice Physician who embodies the following qualities:
- Leadership: Strong leadership capabilities to guide and inspire the healthcare team.
- Communication: Professional communication and presentation skills to effectively interact with patients and staff.
- Patient Relations: Excellent skills in building and maintaining patient relationships.
The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with fellow medical professionals, support staff, and administrative personnel to ensure a seamless healthcare experience for our patients.
Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice in Virginia or eligible for licensure.
- Board Certified in Family Medicine.
- Current ACLS and BLS Certifications.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Electronic Medical Records.
- Compassionate and dedicated to patient care.
Our operational hours are Monday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Tuesday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and paid holidays. Additionally, our Medical Center qualifies providers for the National Health Services Corp (NHSC) Loan Repayment Program.
