Position Overview

As a CockroachDB Database Engineer, you will be instrumental in the design, development, and upkeep of our database systems utilizing CockroachDB. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure the performance, scalability, and dependability of our database infrastructure, which supports essential applications and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement database solutions using CockroachDB.

Qualifications:

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 5-6 years of hands-on experience in database development.
  • Proficient in CockroachDB development.
  • Experience with cloud-native architectures and databases.
  • Familiarity with cloud environments, particularly Azure.
  • Experience with Kafka connectors; telecom domain experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Experience in a global delivery environment.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies.

  • Willingness to work at a computer for extended periods and communicate effectively through various channels.
