Job Overview:

The Bartender is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality beverage selections to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Crafts and serves a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including juices, smoothies, coffee, and espresso.
  2. Maintains inventory at the bar, ensuring products are stocked and rotated according to café standards.
  3. Welcomes guests at the bar, assists with drink and menu selections, and processes customer orders.
  4. Supports carry-out orders as needed.
  5. Prepares ingredients for beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards.
  6. Receives and evaluates incoming stock for quality and accuracy.
  7. Ensures cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the bar area and its surroundings.
  8. Handles financial transactions related to bar and beverage sales.
  9. Aims to meet or exceed guest expectations consistently.
  10. Performs additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • (E) High school diploma or equivalent

Experience:

  • (D) Familiarity with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Effective verbal communication abilities
