Position Overview:

The Cost Schedule Analyst will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing financial aspects of projects within ICONMA. This position requires a strong foundation in cost account management and project scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize the Deltek tool suite for effective cost account management.
  • Implement Earned Value Management principles to track project performance.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Cost Account Management (CAM) and Control Account Management (CAM).
  • Oversee project scheduling and manage project costs efficiently.
  • Prepare and develop proposals that comply with the Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA).
  • Leverage proficiency in Excel, particularly with Pivot Tables, for data analysis.
  • Utilize Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
  • Experience with the Aeronautics Proposal Tool Suite (APTS) is advantageous.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, or engineering is required.
  • Prior experience in CAM is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
