At Citigroup Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled KYC Operations Intermediate Associate Analyst to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) monitoring, governance, oversight, and regulatory reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee production issues and partner with various groups to resolve them efficiently
  • Manage up to 20 Operational Impact Management (OIM) issues simultaneously while ensuring timely goal accomplishment
  • Collaborate with Compliance Technology and PBWM Technology to research and triage incidents
  • Partner with internal units to ensure adequate due diligence process execution for customer accounts and documentation reviews
  • Verify banker ownership of KYC records to maintain continuous information flow
  • Ensure all documentation complies with local regulations and Citi standards
  • Update and review forms according to local regulation requirements, working closely with Compliance to expedite documentation reviews
  • Follow up with clients to receive information by the due date
  • Perform KYC tasks, including monitoring and tracking of KYC records and Appendix readiness
  • Maintain and monitor the approval process of KYC Records and Appendix with associated parties to ensure timeliness and accuracy
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience
