The Restaurant Manager plays a pivotal role in the success of our hotels, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Food and Beverage Department.
With a salary range of $62,000 - $68,000, this position requires strong leadership skills and experience in managing restaurant and bar staff.
We are looking for an individual with at least 2 years of F&B management experience, preferably in the hotel industry, who can lead our team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Train, coach, and mentor restaurant and bar staff
- Make operational financial decisions on a daily basis
- Create weekly schedules for employees
- Maintain a visible presence on the floor, including bussing and food running during peak times as needed
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of food and cooking methods and wine, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
