About the Role

As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of guests through the restaurant, while providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the flow of guests, ensuring timely seating and a seamless dining experience.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with the service team to ensure a cohesive and efficient service.
  • Stay up-to-date with menu knowledge and make recommendations to guests as needed.
  • Perform other duties as directed by management.
