The Junior High Wrestling Coach will be responsible for leading the junior high wrestling program at South Central Calhoun CSD. The successful candidate will have a thorough knowledge of all athletic policies and be able to implement them effectively. They will also be responsible for developing fundamental skills of the respective sport and working to develop individual potential for all team members.


Key Performance Indicators
  • Successfully implement athletic policies and procedures.
  • Develop strong team strategies and improve team performance.
  • Mentor and support student-athletes in their academic and personal development.

Requirements
  • Valid Iowa Coaching License.
  • Experience in coaching or mentoring youth sports programs.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
