About the Job

As a Caregiver Specialist with Sunrise Senior Living, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care and services to seniors in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. We are seeking individuals who share our commitment to providing exceptional care and making a positive impact on the lives of our residents.

Job Responsibilities
  • Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families by providing assistance with activities of daily living, attending to individual care needs, and getting to know their unique preferences and personalities.
  • Notify management of changes in condition and recommend adjustments in the level of care and service as needed.
  • Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and monthly updates to ensure each resident receives personalized care.
  • Blends a variety of multi-sensory experiences into the resident's day to promote engagement and enjoyment.
Requirements
  • Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
  • Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
  • High School diploma/GED accepted; certifications may be required per state regulations.
  • Ability to make choices, decisions, and act in the resident's best interest.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer competitive compensation based on geographic location, skills, experience, qualifications, and certifications/licenses. In addition, we provide a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability plans, retirement savings plans, and paid time off (PTO).

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
