Job Summary:

The Concession Runner is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering food and beverage orders from concession stands to guests at all games and events. This role requires strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service.
  • Work effectively with cashiers and kitchen staff to deliver orders in a timely manner.
  • Clean and maintain concession areas, including restocking and unstocking stands as needed.
  • Assist with inventory management and maintain a professional appearance at all times.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Food Safety Certification a plus.
