We are seeking a highly skilled Neonatologist to lead our team as a Medical Director at Pediatrix Medical Group in Yakima, Washington.
About the OpportunityThis is a unique opportunity to join a leading medical group in the Pacific Northwest and lead our neonatology team in providing high-quality care to our patients. As a Medical Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our neonatology department, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care.
Responsibilities- Lead the neonatology team in providing high-quality patient care
- Oversee clinical operations, including staffing, budgeting, and quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care coordination
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs
We are seeking a board-certified Neonatologist with prior leadership experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
