About the Role

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the logistics department to optimize transportation networks and negotiate freight rates with carriers.
  • Communicate effectively with traders to resolve logistics-related challenges and issues.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our company's business model by working closely with experienced traders.
  • Analyze market trends within the forest product trading industry to inform business decisions.
  • Establish and maintain customer relationships through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
