Job Title: IT Director

We are seeking an experienced IT Director to oversee the management of our IT support and operations teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management and a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the IT support and operations teams
  • Oversee the strategy and execution of all IT throughout the business
  • Develop short and long-term objectives for various IT projects
  • Create standard documentation on problem resolution and fixes

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in help desk and desktop support, as well as 2+ years of experience in a management role in IT. They will also have experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows servers, and be able to travel as needed.
